After your permit is approved and materials arrive - usually 6–10 weeks - we’ll reach out to coordinate your install date.
Do I need to be home for the installation?
It's recommended that you do not live in the unit during installation because we apply extensive protection to your personal items. This helps ensure your home stays fully protected throughout the process.
How do you protect my home during installation?
We use drop cloths and plastic to protect bedding and furniture. We also use hardwood boards to proect flooring and clean regularly.
How will my home be returned to me?
When your project is complete, we bring in professional cleaners to ensure your home is spotless and ready for you to enjoy - just as clean as (or cleaner than) when we arrived.
